The HT soft beds of the WINGS series offer the greatest softness and perfect lying comfort. The solid rubber profile in the upper and lower area ensures optimal sealing of the foam base wrapped in foil. This combination guarantees years of durability without wear. The cover sheet with extra strong fabric is 4 or 8 mm thick. It has a slight slope so that puddles do not form in the rear area. Liquids run off without penetrating the base.

Foam base / spring deflection (wrapped in foil)
The foam base consists of either 30 mm or 40 mm thick composite foam panels wrapped in foil. This ensures optimal spring deflection, which is 100% waterproof. Due to the solid rubber profile in the upper and lower area a perfect fixation of the foam sheets is achieved. The compression hardness is designed for high point loads by dairy cows. This ensures that the carpet pad remains dimensionally stable and dry for many years.

Cows stand and lie safely on HT soft beds, which is easy on the joints. The HT soft beds of the WINGS series can extend the lying time of the animals and thus increase performance.
All Huber Technik rubber coverings are PAH neutral and DIN compliant. They are laid on level floors (concrete). The installation of the roll material is simple and time-saving. Please read the installation instructions.
