Standardization project: Elastic stable floor coverings in the running and lying areas of cattle and dairy cows

Publication of DIN-3763

We are part of a working group that deals with the development of the DIN standard for elastic stable floor coverings in the running and lying areas of cattle and dairy cows. This standard was finally published in April 2020 after only 11 months of work. You can buy them here.

The standard sets standards for elastic stable floor coverings to ensure the best for animal welfare. “Cattle are grazing animals because of their development. As a result, they have adapted to partially moldable surfaces. This type of surface has effects both when lying down and when the animals are standing and running. A sensible floor design based on elastomer mats can meet these cattle needs. For this purpose, the requirements of elastomer mats for cattle stables are specified in this document. ”(Quotation from DIN 3763)

Our work is not finished with the publication of DIN-3763. Together with our committee, we are constantly working to develop the standard further so that we can permanently ensure the best for animal welfare. Of course, this also includes the inclusion of a PAH safety certification in the DIN standard. This and many other topics will concern our committee for the next few years.

We really enjoy working on our committee. Various interest groups are represented, which also draws the point of view to other perspectives. In this way, we not only develop the standard, but of course also our own horizons and our understanding. However, our committee always agrees on one thing: Animal welfare and animal health must be top priority!

Of course, all of our cubicle and walkway coverings are within these standards, Huber knows what cows like.

Information regarding the corona virus

Dear Sir or Madam,

the COVID-19 virus is discussed so often in recent days. Fortunately, our house is not currently affected, although the situation can change every hour. Therefore, we would like to inform you that we currently do not expect any delivery difficulties from our side. We are still able to continue our production as usual. We have asked our suppliers to provide us with forecasts of potential delivery bottlenecks.

If our situation or that of our suppliers changes significantly, we will inform you immediately! If the situation changes drastically for you and you run into difficulties with acceptance, we ask you to let us know immediately as well.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and open communication.

Company vacation 2019

Merry Christmas and a happy new year 2020!

We say goodbye for this year. In 2019 from Christmas to the new year we close our firm and are available for you again from January 7, 2020.

Nevertheless, we do not want to miss wishing you a merry Christmas and a good start to the new year. Thank you for your trust in us and the good cooperation. It was a successful but also turbulent year. Our employees have more than earned this break. Nevertheless, we are looking forward to the coming year with joy and excitement!

Even though there was hardly any snow in Erding this year, we would like to put you in a Christmas mood with the pictures from previous year. Perhaps we will be surprised by white Christmas this year – as everyone knows, hope dies last.

Huber knows what cows like

Review: Open-stable-door-Day

Our Open-stable-door-Day is 5 months ago now and the cows were able to make their first judgment on the new “wellness camp” and can only say: Huber knwos what cows like! Last Friday, the Erdinger Anzeiger published an article that in retrospect sheds light on the “Open-stable-door-Day” and reports the first experiences of the cows in their new home. On this occasion, we would like once again to thank the Erdinger Anzeiger and Mrs. Daniela Oldach for the constant good cooperation. Read the complete article here (only available in German).

Dealer’s Day with Hörmann

Visit of the company Hörmann at Huber Technik

Yesterday representatives of Hörmann from Buchloe visited us. After getting to know each other, we made a detailed tour of our production. Finally we visited together our reference stable in Erding.

All in all, we look back on a revealing, informative and beautiful day and thank you once again cordially at the representatives of the company Hörmann for their coming. We look forward to cooperation!

Review – Open-stable-door Day

More than 2,000 guests made a pilgrimage to Graß near Erding in the most beautiful weather!

We look back on a very successful event last Sunday at the farm of the family Brielmair and are pleased that we were able to inspire so many interested visitors.

District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer, MdL Ulrike Scharf, Lord Mayor Max Gotz, Chamber of Commerce President Franz Xaver Peteranderl and board member of the Sparkasse Erding-Dorfen Michael Utschneider opened the event with greetings – many thanks for that! Steffi Bauer, journalist and CvD at Sat1-Bayern, welcomed our guests of honor with the right words. Many thanks also to the interview with the Bavarian Milk Queen Beatrice Scheitz!

A big thank you to the girls of the agricultural school Erding and the Jungbauernschaft Altenerding, who made the visit even more tasty with coffee, cake and Bavarian specialties.

Thanks also to our hard-working employees who have mastered everything from installation to on-site consultation. We can count on you!

We wish the Brielmair family all the best with the new stable and look forward to a continued good cooperation!

Open-stable-door Day

We cordially invite you to the open-stable-door day on May 26, 2019 in Erding.

It’s time! The cows of our first reference stall are about to move to the new open-front stable, equipped with 150 comfortable moorings of our new 8GS WINGS.

But before that there is still celebration, without cows but with a lot of prominence.

We look forward to greetings from District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer, MdL Ulrike Scharf, Lord Mayor Max Gotz and Chamber of Crafts President Franz Xaver Peteranderl from 12 clock and the visit of the newly crowned Bavarian Milk Queen Beatrice Scheitz.

For the physical well-being provides the Jungbauernschaft Altenerding and the Agricultural School Erding.

We would be delighted to welcome you from 10 am to 4 pm at the farm of the Brielmair family, Graß 29, 85435 Erding.
